It falls on those who knew better and said nothing. Closing the introductory trilogy, this session asks what is actually being built toward. The transformation described is not simply plenty replacing scarcity. Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, is recorded describing knowledge itself as twenty-seven letters, of which every prophet who ever lived delivered only two — the remaining twenty-five, the tradition holds, are released at the rising of the awaited leader. The economic vision is just as concrete: hoarded wealth released, usury ended, and — in one striking image — a collector of charity walking the streets unable to find anyone left who needs it. Ownership itself softens: a believer is described as free to reach into his brother's pocket for what he needs, without objection. Government is described as inverted rather than reformed — the oppressed inheriting the position of the powerful, exactly as promised in the Qur'an. And justice here is forensic rather than punitive: distinguishing the person driven to a crime by circumstance from the architect of that circumstance. The tradition reserves its severest reckoning not for the ignorant but for religious authority that knew the truth and stayed silent. What actually happens to a society once justice finally, fully arrives? What the evening covers The mathematics of knowledge. Twenty-seven letters, two delivered so far — and what unlocking the rest is said to mean. An economy with no one left to help. The image of a charity collector who can find no one in need. Brotherhood over ownership. The tradition that softens the line between "mine" and "yours". The reckoning for knowing better. Why religious authority carries the heaviest accountability of all, not the least. ## Scripture > وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنكُمۡ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ لَيَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ كَمَا ٱسۡتَخۡلَفَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمۡ دِينَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي ٱرۡتَضَىٰ لَهُمۡ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ خَوۡفِهِمۡ أَمۡنٗاۚ يَعۡبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشۡرِكُونَ بِي شَيۡـٔٗاۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ > > Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me.
